With a bit of help from someone helping you get set up, on outlands, for example, you can practically macro up a 7X dexxer/bard for almost no investment and be viable farming for gold in less than a few days. Most of these servers have skillgains far faster than traditional UO. My heyday was doing hally mage duels with precasting and heal through poison. If you have a longstanding history with UO just pick whatever one most closely emulates the game mechanics of the era you loved most.
